Newsprint is a clean, soft, low-cost alternative for void fill, and wrapping of lightweight items. Given its softness, newsprint is very easy on the hands, and conforms readily to the form of the item being wrapped. Newsprint also makes an excellent interleaver for delicate items; preventing scratching and damage from mishandling & shipping.
