Two sate-of-the-art winders provide precise converting of materials ranging from 20# paper up to .040 Chipboard, according to the following specifications:
- Parent Roll Widths: 12″ to 120″
- Finished Roll Widths: 3″ to 120″
- Parent & Finished Roll Maximum Diameter: 60″
- Parent & Finished Roll Core Sizes: 3″ up to 16″
Applications include:
- Roll salvage due to damage & production flaws
- Ribbons for tube, core & corner board stock
- Resizing inventory for corrugating & laminating
- Food and beverage packaging
- Web-fed printing including narrow web
Sheeting…
Dual knife sheeters provide clean, dust free cuts on paperboard as light as 6pt with the following specifications:
- Length: 16″ to 78″
- Width: 12″ to 63″
Finished skids include moisture barrier dust cover, stretch wrap, and poly strapping for secure shipping and storage.
Counter Roll Winding…
72″ wide Jennerjahn slitter winder converts a wide varierty of materials to the following specifications:
- Width: 1″ to 72″ width
- Diameters up to 10″
- Various core sizes available
- Numerous packaging options available
Finished skids include moisture barrier dust cover, stretch wrap, and poly strapping for secure shipping and storage.
